Mallorca, Day 10 - Relax & Depart

Sunday, 26 MarchOuch, they changed the clocks on me last night. Stole an hour of my holiday here. Guess that gets me one hour closer to being home.No bike.....That is something weird now. Not that I really want to head out on a ride, but now I have to take the bus. Or walk. Guess that's ok. Seems though once I turned in the bike I just wanted to get outta here. This is a popular holiday place and that's cool but it's not why I came here. I fly at 8pm so the whole day ahead of me.So, how was my biking experience here? A 'real' training camp environment? I did more than I had thought I would. I rode more kilometers, more hours and spent more energy than I think I ever have. Ever. 8 days, 750kms and over 34 hours of cycling, who would have thought? For me a good training week would have about 8 to 12 hours so this was a huge success. The quality of the roads here, the signage along the way, the maps to help when a bit unsure. Of course the quality of the bikes I was offered from Huerzeler were top notch.
