Project 33 Days - Day 2
Friday, almost there! So, the day was planned to be work till around 1pm then wrap up, pack and begin the holidays. Well, as you can guess by my opener, it went another way.Since the last two days were spent with other activities, there were some tasks which I missed that others had thrown into my calendar. Some of those I did have to turn down, or postponed as there was a hard end with departure tomorrow morning. But there were two which needed attention and those cost me about 4 hours which I did not see coming. Oh well, enough of work. It is now just past midnight and there is more to do.The boys have packed themselves for the first time ever. We did give them a list to work with but the rest really came from them. We will see soon if they got all the important items or not. But I am positive. They have done this trip 12+ times already in such a short life. But they are terribly excited. Some could hardly sleep tonight. All nervous and thinking of the trip tomorrow. They all like to fly. Only Philip is not excited about the food on board. But that will be covered once we are off the plane in Charlotte. It is "Day 2" in my trek here. It started more than 30 days ago. Tomorrow will come, it will be successful. I am a travel profi as one says. So tomorrow is day 1. The final day in this series. I look forward to other topics, travel news from us in North Carolina, South Carolina and of course Florida. There is much to see still. 3 weeks are ahead of us.
