Project 33 Days - Day 31

Home again. How nice.I have been slowly leaking our skills in social media consulting and the wildfire is beginning. What starts as a small, sure let's meet up and talk where this might go, has become, wait, we need to get our COO or head of Marketing in on this as well. I have been working for 5 years to get to the 'C' level of business. Trying to take my story of customer service and the customer experience is more than just a nice call center process. Rarely got far. Wow, has that changed.Talking social media with corporations is a multi-departmental one. Often owned by marketing, but quickly outgrows what they can handle. Clients are lost in understanding where they should be, what they should do, and with whom. Who knew I would be leading this charge?Spent the day in the office here at home. Boyz finally all in school today. There was a school-wide soccer tournament and they had a fun day without classes. They are finally over next Wednesday. Chris has gotten an invite to an interview next week. See where that goes. Report was published today and I was one of the contributors. Got a mug shot of me under the experts section.
