Using LinkedIn Messaging with New Connections

This is another video I have made on using this same feature on LinkedIn but this time a bit different. I get requests every week to connect on LinkedIn and that is just great but why not add a twist to the "acceptance" of them? I have recently started trying to respond to each one of them individually with a voice message along with accepting the invite.

It is really fun to see the reactions it draws and the feedback makes me feel even better. You could just as well write a personal note in text but maybe give this a try on the next connection you make.
