Brain Strain?

I knew this about 20 years ago but could not define it.

So, I was looking at an address book, yes it was a paper version back then and thought to my self, I really need to update this list as there is no “value” to me to learn these telephone numbers and addresses myself; I am better off freeing my brain from this and learning other things. Now I have some support!

Soon afterwards I bought my first Psion digital manager of sorts and I was set. Today it is the smart phone which maintains all this information. Times and tech has certainly changed but the costs of keeping items in the brain have not. Check it out.
