OTAN ?

Deciding that paying 20+ euros for a taxi of 9 minutes to the office was just too much I walked to and from work today. Takes all of 45 minutes. Not the prettiest walk but there is a highlight along the way; NATO Headquarters. Little did I know while riding the taxis that just around the corner from my hotel is the headquarters which one regularly sees on the news broadcasts. I waved and greeted the guards at the main entrance on my way this morning. Another set of guards were checking someone's ID papers when I realized that I had no ID with me. Thought then I should be really polite when walking by. As you would expect, cameras and barbed wired are most of what I saw. Guess I have probably been entered in some database by now.
